These are a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth while on a Keto diet. They can also be adjusted to fit non-Keto as well!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Vör Keto butter
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into each of the 6 cupcake tins, and let it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Drop 1 tablespoon of keto butter into each tin, and top with the remaining chocolate.
- Top with flaky sea salt and let rest in the fridge until set.
