Vör Return Policy

At Vör, we take pride in providing our customers with the highest-quality nut butters and food products. Due to food safety compliance and our commitment to product quality, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

However, we do accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Unopened Product: Must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition: Product must be in original packaging and unopened.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the unopened returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
